Our job consists in collecting gas issued from organic waste (biogas) and differentiating its different components (methane, CO2, water and pollutants) in order to keep only the methane that will be re-injected into the GRDF national network or used as fuel for vehicles (BioNGV). Our solutions have been developed to address all the gas-related problems.

We handle the assembly, installation, commissioning as well as full maintenance of the equipment that we provide you with.

VALOPUR® TREATMENT

MEMBRANE SEPARATORS FOR BIOGAS TREATMENT

The process consists in separating methane from the other compounds (carbon dioxide, water, oxygen…). It is based on the use of high performance membranes which make it possible to reach a purification rate of >99 % and a quality of biomethane that complies with the standards required for injection into the natural gas network.

AgriGNV® / Biométhane-Box

BIOCNG PRODUCTION / DISTRIBUTION UNIT

Biométhane-Box process is an economical BioCNG production and distribution unit intended to biogas producers (agricultural, industrial or territorial anaerobic digestions). The unit values in situ or locally the production overage intended to cogeneration, allowing a captive vehicle fleet alimentation (light vehicles, agricultural machines…) in substitution to fossil fuel.

The result of two years of Research & Development, Biométhane-Box combines 2 patents registered by Prodeval.

PROFLARE®

FLARE TO BE USED FROM A GASOMETER

The PROFLARE® is a standard flare designed to be installed on landfill or methanisation sites. Thanks to shielded combustion, the flare can reach combustion efficiency above 99%. As there is no visible flame, the flare can be placed near residential areas.

VALOTHERM®

BIOGAS THERMAL RECOVERY SYSTEM

Turnkey boiler rooms have been specially developed for methanisation facilities and non-hazardous waste storage centres, for the full or partial recovery of the biogas product. The size of the equipment is calculated according to the biogas characteristics and the constraints of the site.

VALOPACK®

BIOGAS TREATMENT SYSTEM

Depending on its source, biogas contains a variable quantity of different pollutants (VOC, siloxanes, H2S among others) that it is necessary to process before using the biogas. To remove these pollutants, we offer a treatment using activated carbon absorption.

VALOGAZ®

BIOGAS CONDITIONING SYSTEM

For any biogas valorization unit, it is necessary to dry and pressurize the biogas before its using in an engine, a (micro)turbine or a boiler. The biogas initially saturated with water can damage the equipment (corrosion, heating unit damage...). Therefore, a drying phase is required. The biogas must be pressurized as well to make it usable (maximum pressure) for the valorization equipment.

We provide turnkey implementations, integrating a drying and pressurizing unit. Our units are conceived according to the operating settings and the site’s specific requirements.

VALODOR®

GAS ODORISATION SYSTEM

Biomethane is odorised using the by-pass method, by running the gas through a tank containing a liquid odorant. Ensured by the difference in pressure both upstream and downstream of the apparatus, the biomethane flow rate does not necessitate a pump and therefore there is no energy cost involved. The final concentration of THT injected in the biomethane is regulated continuously by an automated system.
